Sunday Ride, Sept 19th
Planning to ride Trabuco creek and Holy Jim tomorrow morning if anyone's interested in joining me.
I'll be parking at Oneill Park at the day use parking area near the nature center. (straigt past the Park Entrance Ranger Station).
I'll be at the park by 7:00 am and will start riding no later than 7:30am.

How was the ride? Four of us did the HJ/Trabuco loop starting at 9:15 from the trailhead. Awesome ride, but I almost got clotheslined from a low hanging branch on Trabuco. It's amazing to me how green it still is in the area of the main divide near Trabuco tail.

Must have been common for that day.
I got speared by a broken branch on my right shoulder, and the same branch got my buddy riding behind be before I had the chance to stop cursing and warn him.
Great ride however. Yes....very green and lots of p.o.

10 miles or so with lots of up and down. Holy Jim to Trabuco is a nice Mini-Epic.
