You wouldn't have been able to keep up with us these days chief...now that I am retired I don't have to worry about getting popped on a wizz quiz and I am back on the monkey juice. I'm so fast now that I have to smoke pot just to slow down.

There you go again Mr. Bug; more pigz 'a phlyin' ;-) BTW, no mas moto for the brah'; lots of hiking though. My info is still the same. And, should be able to keep up in about another month of riding and working. If you don't mind sailing with the anchor out, call before then ;-)

"pigz 'a phlyin' "??? Is that a reference to "pigs on the wing"?

I would imagine; although, never heard it in that syntax. For me, it's always been: "Yeah right, and pigs are going to fly out of my a$$." Not sure if "pigs on the wing" is a more polite way of saying the same.

True that; not sure what kind of a Mach number you need to fly by at, to concuss 48 hours later ;-) I believe I was a little beyond comfortably numb during that period. Maybe, highly paranoid and anxious? Not sure - let's see - yup, '77, that was a lot of angst and edginess. Thanks for the correction G. R. Casper Matt And, hoots to all for the silly seasons.

Sorry Gus but I ain't buying that excuse. Though the 70's were indeed culprit to mind erasing experements I do not believe you have forgotten or "not listened" to Animals since then. It could be maybe I am stuck in the 70's or think the only music STILL worth listening to came out of the 70's? Please bro tell me you still listen!!! Don't let me down... Now go through on some "Live Date's" and listen to some rock and roll. Name the band Ghostie (without googling it)

I'm replying to my own because there isn't a 'reply to this' choice. Yeah Bug, I'm over due for a lotus position sunset ear-bud re-up on animals. My mid to late '70's was all about trying to get a working gig in a SoCal country-rock or rock-fusion a la Firefall band. That is, when it wasn't all about what it was really all about ;-) Being about 30 yards of yarn short of a pair of socks, I wasn't exactly archiving a library of lyrics in a coherent manner. However, all that being so, I still should have caught that POTW reference sitting down. I mean, there is a white Strat hanging less than a yard away . . . . With you in retirement and having time to think, I'm going to have to visit the 661 or 909 just to keep up with fast or obscure comebacks.

Wore a Floyd DSOTM t-shirt to work the other day, and one of my co-workers quite seriously asked "Who's that?" (insert blank stare here). I called him culturally bankrupt!

Don't feel old, XCBug. I still break out the Umma Gumma now and then. I also force my wife to watch "The Last Waltz" every time it's on cable, by way of a history lesson. :)

Oh...and Chainsaw...did you just 'out' the Ghost Writer???
